Three Whitney Point High School field hockey standouts were recognized among the best in the region, earning spots on the 2025 MAX Field Hockey High School All-Region Teams.
Senior Genevieve Huston and junior Ava Oliver were both named to the First Team, while senior Sadee Short earned Second Team honors.

Genevieve, a forward/midfielder, capped off an outstanding season with 23 goals and 27 assists, along with numerous accolades including All-State, All-Section IV, NFHCA Third Team National All-American, and Nate Lull State Championship Player of the Game honors. She was also named to the All-State Tournament Team and the NFHCA All-New York Region Team.
Ava, a key leader on defense, recorded five goals and four assists and earned All-State and All-Section IV recognition. She was also named to the NFHCA All-New York Region Team and recognized as a MAXFH Preseason Player to Watch.
Sadee, a senior forward, finished the season with 20 goals and 10 assists, earning Second Team All-Region honors to go along with All-State, All-Section, and All-State Tournament Team recognition. She was also named to the NFHCA All-New York Region Team.
Together, their achievements showcase the excellence of Whitney Point field hockey and the commitment of student-athletes who continue to compete at the highest level.
