This week, our third-grade students learned about the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade and the engineering behind balloon floats. They were challenged to create their own float design with a device that could hold up the float. Here are the results!

Third Graders in Mrs. Ferraro's class planned their own Thanksgiving menu! They used problem solving skills and math skills to stay within a budget of $80. They were surprised to find out how much planning goes into Thanksgiving dinner!

Students in Miss Wells' class received their November book of the month. "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly". This wouldn't be possible without our sponsors!

HONORING OUR VETS: Students at the CEA welcomed veterans from across our district to participate in a special ceremony today! Veteran's Day is Nov 11. 2022 Thank you to all of our Veterans!

Third graders at the CEA learned how eggs are used around the world! Ms. Atwood with Cornell Cooperative Extension shared pictures and descriptions of different ways eggs are eaten around the world, this connects to our third grader's study of cultures around the world!

How did you spend your Tuesday morning? Students in Ms. Atwood's Class are learning their numbers up to 100 through a fun dance!
