Mandated Emergency Drill Changes Effective for the 2016-2017 School Year
The purpose of the lockdown drill is to "practice safely securing students in classrooms in the event of a potentially dangerous incident surrounding the school or within the school itself."

The District Emergency Response team, Safety teams and staff are dedicated to keeping the students at Whitney Point safe.
