Medicaid Compliance

The Whitney Point Central School District has an obligation to exercise diligence, care, and integrity when submitting Medicaid claims for payment for services rendered.  Honest, fair, and accurate billing practices shall be maintained.

In accordance with New York State's Medicaid Compliance Agreement, the WPCSD has developed and implemented a Medicaid Compliance Policy and Plan.
