Important Yearbook information for 2013 Seniors Seniors will receive a yearbook information packet during a class meeting to be held this Wednesday, Sept. 19th. The packet will contain information regarding important deadlines to turn in yearbook information. Please check the yearbook page soon to download a copy of the information.

Dear Parent/Guardian:
Congratulations for having a senior in high school! I am certain for you it has been a long road. As the senior class advisor, I wanted to take a moment to inform you about the money that may be in your student’s account through fund raising activities from 9-12. Our final fund-raising opportunity will be the fruit sale. It is a long-standing tradition in the community and is a GREAT sale. Many students are able to raise a lot of money with this. The sale dates are Oct. 11 - Oct. 25. NO LATE ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED!
The primary reason for my letter to you is to inform you of the various things that the account money can be used. They are:
1) The Senior Trip (May 23 – 27) 2) Prom tickets (no more than 2 per account) 3) Class ring (if they don’t have one see me for info.) 4) Cap, Gown, and announcement orders (Nov. 5 and 6) 5) Yearbook (1 per senior) 6) Senior t-shirt 7) AP exams
The money in the account cannot be withdrawn for any other reason. It belongs to the student but only to be used for the above items. If you would like to know the balance of your seniors’ account, please feel free to e-mail me at tdelgado@wpcsd.org or have your senior stop in to ask.
