SENIORS

Hey Class of 2013! 

Wow! Your Senior year has flown by so quickly!  Graduation is just around the corner! 

Make sure you meet all deadlines for your college acceptance.  Let them know you are accepting their offer of admission.  And be kind to the other colleges that accepted you -- if you are not going to attend there, give them a call and let them know.  It's the right thing to do!! 

KEEP CHECKING the Scholarship website and/or the Scholarship binder in the Guidance Office for scholarships you might qualify for.  Lots of $ is available at this time of year!  Listen to the announcements!  Every little bit helps!

It will be Graduation before you know it!

JUNIORS

ATTENTION JUNIORS 5/9/13:  See the SUNY College Fair announcement on the Main Guidance page!!!!

Two years down and two to go!  It's time to start preparing for the future!

If you are planning to go to a four-year college, be sure to register for a spring SAT/ACT exam!  Registration materials are available in the Guidance Office.  BE AWARE!!!  The SAT has new, stricter identification policies that must be followed to the letter of the law!

It's a good idea to begin to research colleges and to think about what career path you might like to take.  Visiting colleges in the spring of your Junior year while college is in session is a great way to find the perfect place for you after you graduate!

It's also crucial to keep your grades up and take those challenging courses!! 

 Be thinking about the courses you need next year to finish strong in your high school career!

SOPHOMORES 

  Keep working hard this year and build that resume for college applications and job hunting in a few short years!  If you need extra help to succeed in your academics, come see me!  And don't forget this: your teachers are happy to help you after school!

Keep working hard!  You are almost at the half-way point of your High School career.

FRESHMEN

 Welcome to the High School!  Some very simple things will help you succeed during your four years here:

Be in school!

Treat everyone & yourself with respect!

Do your homework!

Ask for help!

Work hard to pass so we can get you the classes you want next year! And avoid having to go to summer school!!!
